The Hippy Nuts
Back on Bleecker Street
Then driving South
Wednesday October 21st marks an anniversary for The Hippy Nuts' founder Tim Champion who moved to NYC on this date in 1980. Hippy Nut Kathena Bryant moved to Bleecker Street 10 years later. And guess which Hippy Nut has played The Bitter End every decade, dating back to the 1970's! We'll give you a hint: KNOW YOUR BASS PLAYER. And, our super drummer Michael Drazen will be sizzling that night.
So, please, mark your hump day calendar for our "Glad to still be here rocking NYC" show at this historic place. They were rocking and we were strumming before the cupcakes and designer stores started dotting our funky music filled Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village.
