So excited to let you know I've got a new prenatal class on the schedule! Ease the discomfort of pregnancy while developing strength, confidence and relaxation techniques that will help you through labor. No previous yoga experience required. Recommended after your thirteenth week.
Postnatal are welcome as well! Newborns up to 14 months; bring your baby to a fun, supportive class where you can get back into your body and work out the kinks.
