Tax and Development Short courses

The ICTD in partnership with the African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) and the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), will offer two Tax and Development Short Courses early next year, one in the UK and the other in Ethiopia.

• Europe edition: Monday 18 January to Thursday 21 January 2016. 9:00 to 17:00 at the Institute of Development Studies, Brighton, UK

• Africa edition: Monday 15 to 18 February 2016 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

This course offers an opportunity to get an understanding of the main issues in taxation in developing countries; and to share knowledge amongst practitioners and researchers. It is designed for a broad, non-technical audience of practitioners and policymakers interested in or working on tax revenue mobilisation.

Three full scholarships are available to participants from developing countries who want to attend the UK edition.
