At the Mobility Authority, we know Central Texas commuters have places to go, and we are proud to offer faster and more efficient options to get you there. Since 2007, the 183A Toll Road has provided a reliable travel option for commuters in the northwest, quickly exceeding traffic and revenue projections. We saw that same demand with the opening of 290 Toll, demonstrating just how strong the need was for an alternate route for drivers in eastern Travis County as well.
Implementing innovative transportation options to keep Central Texas moving is our aim and we want to show our appreciation to the customers who keep us going. We recognize our success would not be possible without you and we want to show you our appreciation for choosing us.
We’re kicking off Road Rewards, a customer appreciation program for 183A and 290 Toll commuters
Want to get rewarded for making your daily commute? Here's how our yearlong customer appreciation program can make your commute a little sweeter.
On October 22, we’ll kick off the yearlong program with a drive-through customer appreciation event on 183A Toll at the Cedar Park toll plaza. Our team will be stationed at the plaza in the closed cash toll collection lanes. The first 200 commuters to join us between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. will receive a free Tacodeli breakfast taco and a Traffic Stress Relief Kit with goodies and giveaways from our partners.
Customer Appreciation Virtual Drive-Through Event 290 Toll
We’ll also hold a virtual drive-through event for commuters on 290 Toll. We’ll randomly select 200 customers who pass through any toll gantry on our roadway between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. and they will receive in the mail a voucher for a free Tacodeli taco.
Get Rewarded All Year
For TxTag holders, the rewards continue all year. In addition to the drive-through event, we’ll randomly select two “Customers of the Week” each week starting October 23 to receive up to $100 in credit to their TxTag account. To be eligible for Road Rewards, customers must drive through at least one toll gantry on 183A or 290 Toll with a valid TxTag.
- $50 for verified toll road users with a valid TxTag
- $25 bonus for registered Metropia users
- $25 bonus for registered Carma Carpooling users confirmed as making a carsharing trip that day on 183A or 290 Toll
Those selected as Customers of the Week (one 183A Toll customer and one 290 Toll customer) will be notified by TxTag, and the credit amount will automatically be applied to their current TxTag account for immediate use.
