October restocks

Such a great time at The Florida Fiber-In was had this year that many things sold out, but a busy first week of October means that many of those things are now restocked -- among them the popular new colorway Purple Rain, which is here in yarn and here in fiber.

Stitch Markers

If you've been in yarn club in the last year, and opted for swag, you've probably received some of my new stitch markers before. And if you haven't, you will be thrilled to know that they're being brought in as regular items - you can get your hands on them here.

Feel the Joy

Additionally, the new sport weight base yarn, Joy (a 100% Superwash Merino that is in a 100 gram/328 yard put-up) is restocked and you can find it all here. Joy debuted in February before the big HaldeCraft studio move, and was never dyed in all the regular colorways - now it's in everything except (I think) Hogtown Special, and that (and a One-Hit Wonder) will be on the site by the end of the week.

Upcoming...

We're about two and a half weeks away from yarn club being listed (have you missed yarn club as much as I have?) and I'm so, so excited about it! Don't forget that if you're on Ravelry, you can go here to vote on which color from the set I did a few years ago that you'd like to see make it back into this Star Wars inspired round of club. So far "Bounty Hunter" is in the lead!

Speaking of club, some of you may be familiar with a luxury base that's made it into club a few times now, Yolen. Yolen is a Superwash Merino/Cashmere/Nylon yarn similar to my base Marion, except that where Marion only has 10% Cashmere, Yolen has 20%; and whereas Marion has a loose twist, Yolen has a much tighter twist and is quite springy. Yolen will be making it into the regular lineup of base yarns, and is in the process of being dyed now. Look for it to appear online the first week of November!

Don't forget!

Sweet Baby James came back for a limited time (you can find it here) and there are 17 skeins in 7 different base yarns still available. There's only one left in Carolyn - usually a base yarn reserved for club - and one left in Tiptree. Joy is sold out.
