Hi everyone
So the clocks have now changed, Autumn is well and truly here along with it, an abundance of root & green vegetables and lots of nutritious seasonal food!!
Over the last few months we have talked in class about how to improve your nutrition by making small changes, looking at colour as well as texture, to make sure you are getting the most nutrition from the food you eat.
Following the recent talks I have given over the last few weeks there are some interesting articles and recipes to take a look at

Class Changes
It is with great sadness that due to family commitments I announced on Tuesday night to the Holmer Green Class that I will be closing it at the end of November. The last class after 13yrs will be Tuesday 24th November. I hope that some of the members will be able to come to another class on the area so please welcome any new faces you see.
New Classes
This Friday sees the start of the new Learn To Nordic walk and next week is the start of the new term for Fitness Pilates. Full details are in the relevant sections below.
Weights
I am currently investigating the use of a gym stick for resistance training. Unfortunately it is unlikely to come on board until the New Year unless I can progress it sooner. Thanks for your patience.
