USMS 2016 Registration Begins on Sunday
It's time to renew your USMS membership for 2016. Registration for 2016 will open THIS Sunday (11/01). Among other benefits, your USMS membership provides the insurance that covers you while on deck and is required to swim with IAM. New membership cards can be printed upon registration and should be brought to practice. If you need help printing your card, just let us know.

3K & 6K Postal Opportunities THIS Weekend
How does your distance swimming hold up against the rest of the country? You have until November 15 to participate in the Speedo USMS 3000-Yard & 6,000 Yard E-Postal National Championships. Swim 3,000 yards and/or 6,000 yards in its entirety in any 25-yard pool you choose. Opportunities will be available at both our Saturday and Sunday practices this weekend to complete the postal swim. Please let Coach Dean know know if you plan to do your postal swims this weekend.

Are You "Doing the Double"?
Several IAM swimmers will "do the double" in November as they compete at the Miami Redfin Masters Meet on Saturday, 11/14, then head to the Louisville Invitational on Sunday, 11/15. There is a team hotel for those wanting to stay with the group. Please let Coach Dean know if you need a room. Will you be there?

Open Water Swim Clinic
An Open Water Swim Clinic will take place at the Zionsville Aquatic Center on Saturday, 11/14. Led by Jim Barber, Ralph Dixon, and Lisa Brown, the clinic will include video analysis, drills, and open water instruction. Cost for the clinic is just $30. Master the open water next summer...register for the clinic today!
