Shawn Hart Expose’ business and marketing series coming soon… My secrets exposed free for all.

Today is your lucky day!

After months of debate and internal conflicts with myself, I have finally decided to commit to at least one year of free live webinars that will take a very intimate look at marketing and business based on my more than 20 years of personal experiences and networks.

I will unveil the good, bad, and ugly and part the curtain on many of my past successes and the people who I have aligned with to make these things possible.

What does this mean for you? Plenty…

This means that every 2 weeks, I will be hosting a free live webinar via Google Hangouts that will cover the three basic legs of every single business you can imagine. The first event will be Tue, Nov 3, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Eastern Time and will be immediately available on YouTube following the event.

From my observations and experience, every business has three parts and cannot exist without all three.

  1. A product (or service)
  2. A marketing message (sales pitch)
  3. A delivery system for your marketing message (see bullets below)

I don’t care if you clean teeth for a living, rent handicap scooters out, pick up garbage, sell cars, peddle junk on Ebay, own a furniture store, have a garage sale, or run a legal practice. You absolutely need these three legs, and I will prove it to you.

Each webinar will go into depth for particular businesses and will dissect these three legs that a business stands on. I will have a special guest (maybe you) on each webinar and we will discuss our historical dealings, marketing practices, and how our relationship has lead to success or failure and opened doors for us both.

You see, about 2 years ago (or so), I started consulting personally for anyone who wanted to get started selling products on Amazon by starting a local meet up group in Indianapolis Indiana. I did this because the Amazon opportunity was so easy and lucrative and I wanted to genuinely share the idea with everyone I knew.

This meet up group was and continues to be a huge success although I am no longer involved.

Being that I have since recognized that Amazon (as a business opportunity) was only one of many “layovers” that I have experienced during my journey of 23 years of starting, running, and sometimes selling businesses.

After I moved from Indy, I started doing weekly webinars on Google Hangouts and was able to reach hundreds of people around the world to share and discuss my successes on Amazon. We even took a trip together to China to plug my audience into my sourcing networks and systems that I have been using for years.

This has been a very rewarding experience for me and several of my “students”.

It was fun and I met a lot of very good people. A lot of these people are making very good money on Amazon today and we remain friends.

I realized that I genuinely like to share my experiences in business with others in an educational way. The problem was that my entire “audience” was Amazon related businesses.

You see, I have been in dozens of different businesses in my life. Some were short-term cash grabs, some were several years of grind, some I stopped, some I sold for 8 figures to private equity.

To say the least, God has blessed me with a very exciting and rewarding ride for the past 23 years. I’ve only had one job in my life and it was at 16 years old. I worked at McDonalds for a total of 8 hours in two weeks and invested my first paycheck to start my first business. More on that later…

With the opportunities presented to me through countless connections and blessings, I have started businesses on a shoestring budget and built into multi million dollars enterprises in less than a year!  Not because I am gifted or smart by no stretch of the imagination. I owe all of my success to three factors,

  • God and his blessing in my life and work. He has opened many doors and given me the courage to walk through unencumbered with useless “knowledge”
  • My family. My mother Diana was very supportive of my ventures and crazy ideas from the get go. She has always supported me and believed in me no matter what. Even when I knew I was wrong, she agreed with me
  • My ignorance. Not being “in the know” and weighted with experience has allowed me to accomplish unbelievable things. When the late Eddie Daugherty asked me “What made you think you could start a medical supplies company?” I simply replied without thinking about it “Because nobody told me I couldn’t Eddie” . You see, we simply don’t know what we don’t know, and if you are bold enough to just start making moves and learn along the way, great things can happen. I started a multi million dollar medical supplies company from my home because I was bored and wanted easy money. I literally could not pronounce half of the words on my company brochure when it was printed, but I knew how to market myself, fake it till you make it!

This is not a shoestring to some, but in 2008 I started a company with a small idea and about $35K on a credit card (to pay Google adwords) and grossed over 9 million dollars in the first 90 days!

Other times I have invested $2500 and lost it all in one day, lol

What I want to do is to continue the process of networking and sharing with others through an educational format in order to enlighten those who are in business now, or want to start a business.

I want to do this 100% FREE and provide the best grassroots type content that is possible. One of my early Amazon business followers said to me “Shawn, your content on YouTube is “pork and beans” simple and down to earth. I love the way you teach and share” Thanks Mike…

I have started the following businesses in my short career, and I’m sure have forgotten some. Probably the failures lol

  • Health insurance sales (top producer at 18 years old)
  • Pawn shop
  • Car sales (used car lot)
  • Street corner sales (various products)
  • Fresh flowers retail
  • Consulting
  • Wholesale distribution
  • Direct response marketing on TV and print media (infomercials)
  • Direct to consumer importing
  • Chinese sourcing for fee
  • Rugs retail
  • Art shows (like The Starving Artist Group events)
  • Roadshows and trunk shows various products
  • Union sales
  • Medical supply business and DME
  • Real estate (rentals)
  • Call center
  • Fulfillment company

  • Door to door marketing
  • DISH Network retail
  • Shoes and sports apparel retail
  • Flea market sales
  • Amazon and other online sales platforms
  • Countless private websites and sales pages
  • Mobile phone giveaways
  • Right now I have an Amazon business that will gross over $20MM this year
  • I am also selling two other products through wholesale distribution and doing $25-$30K per day and the project is only 60 days old

I could go on and on, and probably will another time… onward

Ok, I have to admit that of the three legs of a business, my favorite and the one I have a deep passion for is MARKETING…

I have always had product ideas or have been open to what we now call “parallel development” ie. Knocking off a already hot and proven business model or product

Delivery systems are a bit boring to study, but MARKETING is a must. You simply cannot survive if potential customers do not know about you and your business or product.

Ask 100 people to define “marketing” and you will likely get 100 different answers. Marketing is what we do to create sales or bring customers into our sales funnel, its been defined as “the fastest way to a sale” or “getting yourself out there” (wherever that is)

This is where my juices get going…

I have personally been involved and created and/or managed the following types of marketing programs (and delivery systems) to name a few…

  • Face to face sales (door to door)
  • Roadside sales or street corner sales
  • Bandit signs (those annoying little signs that are on the utility poles everywhere and promote everything from insurance to learning real estate)
  • Events and trade shows
  • Direct mail
  • Home parties
  • Newspaper advertising (one of my favorites)
  • DRTV or Infomercial marketing
  • Email campaigns
  • Door hangers
  • Trunk shows
  • Hotel based seminars
  • Hand billing
  • Facebook ads
  • Cheap cable TV spots
  • Signs signs signs
  • Text and SMS marketing
  • Google Adwords
  • Craigslist ads
  • Classified ads
  • Postcard advertising
  • Coupon sales
  • Auctions
  • Amazon
  • Groupon
  • Living Social
  • SEO
  • Truckload sales
  • Pre-recorded message marketing
  • Radio ads
  • Newspaper inserts
  • Product inserts
  • YouTube
  • Billboards
  • Short form TV spots
  • Event marketing
  • Display ads

My intentions are to share as many of these marketing secrets with you by exploring real life scenarios and historical data through live interviews with my past partners and affiliates.

If you think that your business cannot benefit from any of these systems then please do not attend the webinars because your closed mind cannot be opened.
