HORNS 101

CORRECTIONS IN HORNS COST YOU MONEY….DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTRIES IN HORNS!

Correcting errors in HORNS work you submit costs you money!  When you enter registration and transfer work in HORNS, validate that work and then CLOSE AND INVOICE that work, all staff does is process the payment and then print out the work.  Staff has no way of validating that the information that you enter is correct, we simply print out what you have entered. Correcting certificates is $15.00 which includes staff correcting the information in HORNS, re-printing a corrected certificate and mailing that certificate to you.  WHEN SUBMITTING WORK ON HORNS, TAKE YOUR TIME AND VERIFY ALL OF THE DATA THAT YOU ENTERED BEFORE CLOSING AND INVOICING THE WORK.  Verifying your work will save you time and money in the long run!

NOTE:  If you find that you have made an error AFTER you have Closed and Invoiced the work, the HORNS system will not allow you to correct it.  Simply call Rick or Dana and we can correct the work prior to processing.
