We need your help. As you know, we now have a bi-monthly GTA Co-op Newsletter – both email and print versions – to share news, information, events, issues and interesting stories related to GTA co-ops.
Here are some other things we know:
1) The GTA boasts a very large co-op presence in housing, food, clean energy, art, transportation, banking, insurance, construction, renovations, recreation and more, serving tens of thousands of members.
2) That means at least several thousand people are either employed by or active volunteers in GTA co-ops.
3) BUT RIGHT NOW we only have 450 email addresses for our GTA co-op newsletter and many are general office addresses.
Here is where you can help - can you encourage your fellow co-op employees, directors, volunteers and other supporters to sign up for the bi-monthly GTA Co-op Newsletter? We also welcome anyone else who is interested in the GTA co-op sector.
The more readers we have, the more we can all learn about the important and interesting work being done by all types of co-ops right here in the GTA.
