Join me for some precious moments of stillness at the end of the week.
Fridays 6-6.45pm, Relaxation and Meditation
Each session begins with a guided relaxation practice which is followed by 15-20minutes of silent meditation (seated or lying).
There is no charge for this session but donations will be collected each week for charities at home and overseas.
Just turn up - no need to book.
