Kinseth Announces 2 Hotels Upgrading to Radisson Hotels!
We're excited to announce that we will be converting the Red Lion Helena, MT and the Holiday Inn Coralville, IA to Radisson Hotels in the next few months. The Red Lion's transition will take place first on December 17 with the Holiday Inn's to follow on January 7th. Both hotels will be undergoing a full upgrade including all guest rooms and public spaces. Both teams and our corporate staff have been working hard to make the transitions as seamless as possible!

Kinseth Celebrated Grand Opening of Homewood Suites & Hampton Inn & Suites, West Des Moines, Iowa
On October 28, Kinseth held a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration at the Wes Des Moines Hilton Hotel Campus to celebrate the opening on the Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. The ribbon-cutting ceremony was followed by a reception where guests could tour each hotel, enjoy fall themed treats, including a gourmet caramel apple station served by Main Event Catering Des Moines, and participate in a beer tasting provided by Exile Brewery. As guests toured the hotels they were invited to listen to live music and enter in a prize raffle drawing. Thanks to all the staff on site who helped make this event a success.

Sleep Inn & Suites Raised $1,400 for Susan G Komen Foundation!
The Sleep Inn & Suites Milwaukee raised $1,400 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation to help in the fight against breast cancer. They turned the entire hotel PINK for the month and the staff put forth a tremendous effort to raise money for the cause. This is their 2nd year and they more than tripled the amount raised last year. "We came together as a team to make a difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer. I could not be more proud of our staff and their dedication to helping others." - Tammy Frayley, General Manager

Hilton Garden Inn Manahattan's Guest Services Manager AmyJo Kneisel recently recorded a High Five Salute with the Hilton Brand Support Team acknowledging Eric Ernst (Front Desk Associate) for his professional, dedication and outstanding service with the hotel. Recording went live on Friday, Oct. 02, 2015 and can be heard if you dial the Hilton Advice Team!
Members of the management team volunteered during a Kid's Against Hunger food packing event to benefit Eden's Children Village in Doma, Zimbabwe. The bookkeeper, Rhonda Cameron, plans to take a mission trip to the village in the future. During the 2 hours shift, management filled approximately 650 bags with vegetables, soy, and rice to be sealed and sent overseas to arrive around Dec. 29th. Around 30,000 casserole meals were packed during the 3 day event.
Kinseth Hospitality Corporate were invited to wear pink any time during the month of October in exchange for a donation and at the end of the month we raised nearly $350 for the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation!

Holiday Inn & Suites, Hampton Inn & Suites & Main Event Catering Council Bluffs have teamed up to bring you our Second Annual CAN-DO canned-food and toy drive! The collection started October 15 and will run through December 4th. They already gained some traction for their Food/Toy Drive when they were featured in The Daily Nonpareil! Read the article. The food and toys collected with go to New Visions, a local shelter.
Super 8 Creston hosted a Halloween costume party and potluck to thank their employees for their dedication and service!
Residence Inn Billings, SpringHill Suites Cheyenne, and Home2 Suites Omaha were featured in a blog featuring a cross country trip from Chicago to Yellowstone. Read all about it here!
