The Fettuccine Forum Presents
Service Clubs: Building Community, Respecting Historic Roots & Staying Relevant

Please join us on November 5, for our second Fettuccine Forum of the 2015-2016 season! Reporter Anna Webb will moderate a panel of representatives from some of the city’s iconic service clubs, fraternal organizations, and other community groups. They’re taking on new projects and trying to build memberships, even in an era of increased competition for time and resources.

Anna Webb has written for the Idaho Statesman for more than ten years. She is currently the Boise communities reporter and also writes a nonprofit column every week.  Webb returned to Idaho after living on the East Coast for several years.

WHEN & WHERE

Thursday, November 5, 2015
Doors open at 5:00 PM
Presentation begins at 5:30 PM
Boise City Hall, in downtown Boise, 150 N. Capitol Boulevard.

The Fettuccine Forum is produced by the Boise City Department of Arts & History. Support from the Office of the Mayor, Boise State Public Radio, and the Arts and Humanities Institute at Boise State University all make the Forum possible.  Lively and informal, the monthly event invites the public to interact with politicians, artists, historians, activists, advocates and professionals in an effort to promote good citizenship and responsible growth through education.

ABOUT US

The Department of Arts & History’s mission is to enhance Boise by providing leadership, advocacy, education, services, and support for arts and history in order for people to create, engage and connect with the community.
