Enrolling Customers in 2016 Blue Option℠ Coverage

On October 30, we sent a Blues Flash that discussed what to do if a customer has already enrolled in coverage through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) in 2015. We have created a visual aid to help walk you through the process outlined in that blast.
The visual aid explains:
- Where to log in to My Business Manager and what to do if you have trouble logging in
- How to access the BlueChoice® Issuer Direct portal through My Business Manager and what link to click when shopping with a subsidy
- An explanation of what password you use when you get to the Issuer Direct website
- The options you have after you successfully log in:
- Starting a client’s new application or
- Look up a client’s existing application
- When you should choose Starting a client’s new application, along with an example that walks you step by step through the process
- When you should choose Look up a client’s existing application
