The Tony Award and five-time EMMY Award winer has just written his fifth book called Keep Moving And Other Tips and Truths About Aging, an instruction book for approaching old age with a positive attitude.

As he prepares to celebrate his 90th birthday, he talks to Growing Bolder about his daily workout habits and why it’s something he wants everyone at any age to do, plusthe huge role dancing still plays in his life, even though he’s had arthritis for nearly 50 years.
