To Benjamin Atkins, whom we placed as Vice President of Corporate Communications, and Jennifer Butler, we placed as Vice President of Media Relations, at Herbalife International – recently cited as one of the most profitable companies in Los Angeles.

Originally from London, Ben brings with him over 20 years of experience in Corporate Communications and Social Media, most recently at Chandler Chicco, Amgen, and Novartis. Ben just completed a one hundred mile ultra marathon.

Jen also brings close to two decades of experience in PR and Media Relations to her role at Herbalife, most recently as Senior Vice President at MSL Group in New York, where she was honored with the PRWEEK award nomination of Multi-Cultural Campaign of the Year for her work on Capital One.

Before an audience at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Betsy interviewed US Navy Rear Admiral Peggy Klein, currently serving as ethics officer for all the services, under the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon. Her insights about leadership for women and men relate to business and corporate boards of directors as well as the military--knowledge, persistence, compassion, recognition, consensus-building and sense of humor.
