AFINOX is now on the High Sea's with our 15 Tray Infinity START Blast Chiller & Shock Freezers being utilised as part of the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry's
recent large refurbishment. 

Supplied with modifications to suit the vessel's power requirements, these units offer Blast Chilling, Shock Freezing & Preservation mode capabilities, as well as AFINOX's patented SRC Thawing cycle as well. 

With a touch screen user interface, and a variety of pre-programmed cycles for all different food types, the Infinity Start is the most user friendly
blast chillers on the market. 

From our standard range, this cabinet offers a large gross storage volume of 1400L, with stainless steel finish & heavy duty plastic coated shelving. 

With a  40°C ambient operating temp & low profile 'Tampone' system evaporator, this freezer offers fantastic performance in a sleek & great looking cabinet.
