It is Springtime in Australia and new life and energy is flourishing in all systems from plants to humans. In Melbourne this year we had a very long, cold and drawn out winter so this Spring and its arrival with some serious warmth is especially welcome.
 Along with the undeniable feeling of new energy that Spring brings there's also a deeper sense of 'balance' that it brings, and if we probe the deeper spiritual meaning of Spring it has very much to do with living in the present moment to attain 'balance in life' because all life is taking place 'now' in the present moment.
It's obviously not Spring in all parts of the world but regardless of where you are the meaning of attaining balance by living in the present moment is valid for all of us in every season!
