Ingredients:

3/4 cup
LC-White Sugar Sweetener with Inulin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
12 oz. of
LC-Evaporated Milk
1 unbaked pie crust using LC-Pie Crust Mix

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Combine
LC-White Sugar Sweetener, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a bowl.
3. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
4. Stir in the sugar and spice mixture, pumpkin and
LC-Evaporated Milk.
5. Pour mixture into the unbaked LC-Pie Crust
6. Bake for 14 min, then reduce to 350°F and bake for 45 min.
7. Cool for 1-2 hours and enjoy!
