Le programme des Résidences Croisées France-Québec offre la possibilité à des artistes, commissaires et critiques d'art québécois et français de partir pour un séjour outre-Atlantique.
FRANCE-QUÉBEC / PARIS
La Fonderie Darling accueille un artiste français de la région parisienne et coordonne le séjour de deux artistes québécois au Couvent des Récollets. Les artistes québécois doivent acheminer leurs dossiers auprès du Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Québec. Les artistes français soumettent leurs dossiers à la Fonderie Darling. +
FRANCE-QUÉBEC / MARSEILLE
Mis en place en collaboration avec Astérides, ce programme permet à un commissaire et critique d'art québécois de partir en résidence à Marseille, pour une durée de deux mois. Les commissaires et critiques d'art québécois intéressés doivent déposer leur dossier à la Fonderie Darling, alors que les français doivent postuler auprès d'Astérides. +

Natalia Lassalle Morillo est à la fois metteure en scène, réalisatrice, actrice et danseuse, et s’intéresse aux rapports entre ces différents médiums dont les frontières, parfois fragiles, tendent à s’estomper. Le public joue un rôle important dans son travail dans lequel il peut découvrir l’expérimentation physique propre au théâtre, tout en éprouvant l’expérience du style et de l’intimité propres au cinéma. +

Ce survol de sa pratique sera suivi d'une présentation de l'exposition par l'artiste et la commissaire qui souhaite aborder le principe de l'appropriation, notamment la part que laisse cette stratégie à l'expression personnelle de l'artiste. +

La Fonderie Darling accueille dans son équipe Fanny Gravel-Patry au poste de Coordonnatrice aux communications et au développement. Après avoir obtenu une maîtrise en Histoire de l'Art à l'Université de Montréal sur le sujet du Web 2.0, Fanny a travaillé à la dernière édition du Mois de la Photo à Montréal, a réalisé un contrat pour le Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal tout en s'impliquant de différentes façons dans le milieu universitaire.

The Darling Foundry welcomes a French artist from Paris, while coordinating the travel of two Quebec artists to the Couvent des Récollets. Artists from Quebec must send their application to the Conseil des Arts et des Lettres du Québec. Artists from France must send their application to the Darling Foundry. +

The Darling Foundry welcomes new team member Fanny Gravel-Patry as Communications and Development Coordinator. After graduating with an M.A in Art History from Université de Montréal on the subject of the Web 2.0, Fanny worked at the last edition of Le Mois de la Photo à Montréal. She also did a contract for The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts while being involved in the academic milieu.
