The COP21 will LIkely result in a new global agreement but significant challenges and opportunities will remain to address the climate and energy challenges.
COP21  will, in all likelihood, adopt a new and universal climate change agreement. However current national emissions reduction pledges will not lead to an acceptable level of GHG emissions and significant efforts will be required from all stakeholders if we want to maintain global warming below the 2°C limit.
