® has partnered with MyHealth First Network (MyHFN) to offer exclusive savings on services offered by select doctors and hospitals in these six counties. MyHFN is a clinically integrated network of health care providers in the Upstate who collaborate to deliver comprehensive, consistent, coordinated health care. Together, BlueChoice and MyHFN aim to improve health outcomes while reducing costs for members and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
The BusinessADVANTAGE Select Upstate I plan offers the same great benefits and value-added programs as our BusinessADVANTAGE. However, members and employers will enjoy more savings by using the limited network.
Plan Overview
Employers must be located in one of the six counties above to purchase these plans. All plans are comprehensive, open access plans. Members get access to the comprehensive MyHFN network. The only services covered outside the Select network are urgent care services, which can be obtained be obtained at Doctors Care locations statewide,
excluding the six counties in the Select Network and Newberry County. CVS/Minute Clinics are also considered network providers statewide and are covered under the primary care physician (PCP) benefit. Emergency services are the only services covered outside of South Carolina through our BlueCard
® network of providers.

BusinessADVANTAGE Select Upstate I offers several levels of metallic products with multiple plan designs:
- Two Gold plans
- Two Silver plans
- Two Qualified High Deductible Health Plans
Employers can choose a dual option from any of these six plans for their employees.
