Picking Up Your Product and Recognitions
Delivery time is here! November 11-16, Service Unit Product Chairs (SUPCs) will receive the product for their troops, and distribute to Troop Product Managers (TPMs). Recognition items were mailed this week, and should be received by SUPCs by November 13-18. Here are some tips to make picking up your items go smoothly:
Reports:
- Make sure you bring two copies of the T2 – Nut/Candy & Mags Report and T2 – Recognition Report with you when you pick up your product and/or recognitions.
Checking for Accuracy and Damages:
- Always count twice when picking up your orders and when distributing them to girls for delivery.
- The SUPC and TPM should sign both copies.
- Please note any shortages or damages on both copies.
- If you have any missing or damaged items, report them to the council the next business day to ensure replacement and/or credit. Contact us at info@gsiowa.org or call the Girl Scout hotline at 800-342-8389. (If you email info@gsiowa.org please attach a signed copy of the appropriate T2 report that indicates the shortage and/or damages.)
- The delivery agents and your SUPC are not responsible for any missing items after you have signed the T2 – Nut/Candy & Mags Report and/or the T2 – Recognition Report stating that you have received the full amount.
SUPCs: please scan or forward a copy of signed T2 Reports for each participating troop to the council at info@gsiowa.org by November 23.
