2015 Winter Oolong Teas
Remember what we mentioned about the seasons for high mountain oolong? "Spring has to make aroma, while winter has to make water." This saying is indicating that the quality of a winter tea is decided by the quality of its "water." What do we mean by water? It basically means the "roundness"and "cleanness" of how the tea will taste like. As a result, finding proper "water" winter tea is the key to winter collection. We are happy to say that so far we have already found a couple of teas that meet this standard. A better news is, to suffice people's desire for roasting tea, we will focus more on the roasted oolong, although Jade Oolong with "Jade Quality" is still an experience that should not be missed.
