The Boswells School Sixth Form Open Evening
The Boswells School was packed with visitors last night for its Sixth Form Open Evening.
Visitors had the opportunity to visit every curriculum area and see the outstanding work that goes into producing the exceptional A-Level results that the school achieved last year.
Headteacher Paul Banks was delighted with the evening.
He said: “It was an absolute pleasure to welcome so many visitors to the school last night and I am sure everyone who attended found the evening to be enjoyable and informative.
"We believe our A-Level offer is unique, with students able to choose from 29 A-Level subjects and a number of Level 3 BTEC Qualifications.
"We have a large and very successful 6th Form and I am sure everyone who visited last night found the evening informative and helpful.
"The school is incredibly popular with parents and students and it was good to see so many new faces visit the school.
"Our record-breaking examination results at both GCSE and A-Level, our continued reputation for academic excellence and our outstanding extra-curricular provision makes us a superb choice of Sixth Form for local parents and it was very pleasing to see so many of them visit the school.â€
The school will be hosting an Open Morning for external students and parents to visit the school on Tuesday, November 24, at 9.15am.
Visitors will be given a tour of the school to see the Sixth Form in action and have the opportunity to speak with senior staff about the school.
No appointment is necessary and visitors should report to the school’s main reception.
