Educating our nation’s students is a complex task. A myriad of moving parts inside and outside of educators’ control often cause frustrations that halt progress. However, given the right conditions, progress is made at a peculiar rate. CEEDAR partnered with California at such a time—under ideal conditions.
We just released two new Innovation Configurations. These two ICs complement the Classroom and Behavior Management Innovation Configuration published by the Center on Great Teachers and Leaders at the American Institutes for Research (formerly the National Comprehensive Center on Teacher Quality).
The new Innovation Configurations are:
Evidence-Based Practices For Improving Challenging Behaviors Of Students With Severe Disabilities
Evidence-Based Practices For Classroom and Behavior Management: Tier 2 And Tier 3 Strategies
CCSSO and the National Policy Board for Educational Administration collaborated on revised standards for educational leaders. The new standards will be released this month, but you can learn more and review the summary here.
