A Rupture of Robots: Sketchbook Volume One

I am SOOOOO SOOOO EXCITED to present my first sketchbook 'A Rupture of Robots'* - a hefty 178-page tome of wacky ROBOT-themed Ink & Marker Drawings, originating from a 'Sketch-A-Day' experiment I have been conducting on my Facebook Art Page for the last few months.

This project has been a labor of love and I am really delighted with how the book has turned out. Part art-book, part sketch-book, part-coloring book, this book is a great holiday gift for all ages: Adults will love the humor AND the humanity of the drawings, and kids will find it amusing, inspiring and fun to color! Plus, it's completely mom-approved!**

Happiness Is... A Cup of Coffee
A Whimsical Art Book for Coffee Lovers

This is my first full-color 'Art-Book', featuring 43 paintings from my whimsical 'coffee series'. Over the course of the last two years, most of the original paintings from this series have found new homes, making it no longer possible to enjoy them in context of each other. I therefore decided I needed to make this book to recreate the joy of looking at the entire series all at once.

This is a great gift for anyone who loves humor, art, and coffee. And for once, you can actually have a real 'coffee'-table book on your coffee table! :)

This is my first time hosting an annual holiday/studio art show/sale. If you are unable to come to any of the other events, or you're looking for original art at a variety of price points, or if you're just a chronic gift-buying-procrastinator like me, then come to this event. There will be tons of art and related products on display and for sale, and I will be signing my books. Food, drink, music, and good times!

I am honored to be one of 21 artists selected by the City of Seattle's Office of Arts & Culture for inclusion in their Ethnic Artists Roster, a resource for showcasing Seattle's Artistic Diversity. More information here.
