Food Drive: Help feed local residents in need through the Helping Hands Food Drive. Drop off non-perishable food items through Nov. 25 in the Hammer Health Sciences Center (LL1), Allen Rosenfield Building (lobby), Russ Berrie Pavilion (lobby), School of Nursing (lobby), and NYSPI (lobby). Donations will be distributed by the Fresh Youth Initiatives' Helping Hands Food Bank.

The Fort Washington Greenmarket will close for the season after Nov. 24 and return in the spring.  

Flu vaccination is offered free to faculty and staff through Workforce Health & Safety. Those who work in NYP hospital space are required to be vaccinated or take an educational course about influenza and sign a declination form by Nov. 20. 


Benefits enrollment: CUMC benefits-eligible employees must enroll in 2016 benefits by Nov. 20. Those who do not make elections for 2016 will be automatically re-enrolled in current 2015 elections for medical, vision, dental, Transit/Parking Reimbursement Program (T/PRP).
 
Voicemail migration: All CUMC voicemail accounts will be migrated to a new system on Dec. 2, 2015, at 6 a.m. If you have an existing voicemail account, a new one has been set up for you, but you must record your greeting. 
 
To do so, call 317-8800, which is your new voicemail access number, and enter 1111 when prompted for a password. The system will guide you through changing your password and recording a greeting. From the time of migration forward, you will access voicemail by calling 317-8800 or using the message indicator button on your phone.
