PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES - HALF DAYS ON NOVEMBER 23 AND 24, MONDAY AND TUESDAY
Parent Teacher Conferences will be on Monday and Tuesday, November 23 and 24, which are half days and school will be dismissed at 12:20pm. Lunch will be served at an earlier schedule. View flyer for adjusted lunch schedule. Buses will drop off at the bus stops 3 hours earlier in the afternoon.
School will be closed from November 25 - 27 for Thanksgiving Break.

MATH IN FOCUS OPEN HOUSE - NOVEMBER 30, MONDAY
Back by popular demand, we invite parents of Kindergarten - 2nd Grade students to join the T/E Math Specialists for an evening Math Open House on Monday, November 30, from 6:30 - 8:00pm at the T/E Administrative Offices, 940 West Valley Rd., Suite 1700, Wayne, PA. View flyer and learn more about our Math in Focus program with the guidance of Math Specialists from Beaumont, led by Mrs. Plunkett, and other T/E elementary school teachers. There will be an Open House for Grades 3 - 4 on December 9. More details to follow.
HOLIDAY COLLECTION FOR T&E CARE -
UNTIL DECEMBER 4, FRIDAY
 Once again, the holidays are looming and some people right in our communities struggle to afford gifts for the kids or the food needed for a special holiday meal. From now until Friday, December 4, you can help your local neighbors enjoy the holidays! Almost 100 local families have requested assistance, and Beaumont is eager to lend a hand. This year, Beaumont is collecting:
• Kitchen utensils - large spoons, ladles, spatulas, tongs, whisks, measuring spoons, measuring cups
• Storage containers - plastic food storage containers, tinfoil, saran wrap, ziplock baggies of all sizes

RACHEL'S HELPING HANDS 5K RUN / 1 MILE FAMILY WALK DECEMBER 6, SUNDAY
 Join Beaumont, Hillside and TESD families on Sunday, December 6, for a 9:00am 5K Run/Walk at Wilson Park in Wayne, to raise money for cancer patients and research. The Rachel's Helping Hands foundation was inspired by Hillside Elementary teacher, Rachel Paster, who passed away from breast cancer this year. We are hoping to have a big team together representing Beaumont.
PIZZA BINGO - JANUARY 22, 2016, FRIDAY
Save the date and come and get your Bingo on! The one and only Pizza Bingo will be on Friday, January 22, 2016 (with two seatings at 5:30pm and 6:30pm). Bring your families for pizza and prizes. Every child is guaranteed one prize. Donations of prizes are being collected now (e.g., crafts, sports balls, and games). Please bring them to the collection bin in the front lobby. We are looking for new items to be given away as prizes at the event. Thank you for your donations.

CHANGE IN BES DIRECTORY & PARENT HANDBOOK
There has been a change in the BES Directory & Parent Handbook regarding Dismissal Plans. If a parent/guardian needs to make changes to dismissal plans for their student, we request that parents please contact the office by 2:00pm on the day of the change. Before 2:00pm gives the office staff time to discuss the change with the teacher and student and confirm any information as needed. Thank you.
 FLITE (Foundation for Learning in Tredyffrin/Easttown) helps students in the T/E School District by funding educational programs. If you would like to honor a Beaumont teacher or staff member who has made a difference in your child’s education, you can make a Staff Tribute, a tax-deductible donation to FLITE, in his/her name. Your chosen recipient(s) will be notified of the honor (but not the donation amount), and your donation will go toward fulfilling the foundation’s mission. BES COMMUNITY SERVICE - TERRACYCLING
 Hello Beaumont TerraCyclers! Keep terracycling your oral care waste and juice pouches and straws in the Cafeteria. We are collecting throughout the year. Just a couple of reminders:
1. Electronic toothbrushes and their parts cannot be terracycled. Please send in all your toothpaste tubes and caps, toothbrushes, oral care packaging, and floss containers.
2. Our juice pouch bin is getting full. Please remember, NO juice boxes or other food pouches.
The more we collect, the more we help our planet and Beaumont can redeem points earned from TerraCycle.
