CIRMA E-Learning Center News - 5 New Topics!
CIRMA has added five new topics to its E-Learning Center for Spring 2016: The five programs have been automatically loaded onto your E-Learning Center portal for easy access. Once you've selected and assigned training programs to your employees, they can begin training immediately.

This spring's line-up of courses will help you create a more respectful and safer work environment -
The Sexual Harassment programs and the Violence in the Workplace program will help municipal and school leaders and employees respond appropriately to these complex and emotionally charged situations. Please Note: The Sexual Harassment courses should be augmented with site- and/or organization-specific information to meet compliance requirements. The Sexual Harassment for Managers course is not a substitute for a Newly-Promoted training program.
The Back Injury Prevention and Workplace Ergonomics programs are an ideal way to train employees on safer ways to perform their job functions, whether they actively lift and move heavy items, or work at a desk in an office environment.
"CIRMA's E-Learning programs are a convenient, cost-effective way to provide refresher training, promote safety initiatives, or provide instruction for new hires or seasonal employees."

To Register Employees for Training -- To register a large number of employees at one time, please download and complete the employee registration form, and submit to customerservice@localgovu.comIndividual employees can be registered online under the Admin tab.

Town and School Libraries can double as online Training Centers
Many towns and schools use their library and its internet access as a training center for those employees who do not have access to computers as part of their regular job assignments.
