The Hearts and Hope leadership team has returned from Uganda!

Andy, Todd, and I recently returned from a business-based trip to Uganda, where we had a chance to hold several meetings with our staff. The time was incredibly productive and will be vital to the growth of Hearts and Hope. We are excited about the future!

Of course, we managed to spend as much time as possible in the five Hearts and Hope partner villages. We loved getting to visit with the teaching staff and the students in the schools. We were thrilled to see the progress already made on construction of the school in Kainagoga! Thank you again to those of you who gave so generously at this year's Party With a Purpose to help make this happen!

Below you will find some highlights of the time we spent in Kainagoga. We look forward to taking a team to Uganda in late January who will help deliver your packet to your sponsored student!

It's Time for Packets!
Packets for Kainagoga students are due on January 10th! You may bring yours to Messiah Lutheran Church in Weldon Spring or mail it to Hearts and Hope at:

3000 Imperial Drive
St. Peters, MO 63303

Kainagoga kids will receive the larger Care Packets this trip. Remember that the envelope may be no larger than 10 X 13 and not weigh more than one pound. Please include a short note or letter to your student and a picture. A Christmas card would also be a great idea to include. More ideas can be found here.
