Brick by Brick

After a wildly successful commemorative brick program at Lou Neff Point, The Trail Foundation's commemorative brick program is now open at the Boardwalk Trailhead in Lakeshore Park! We are once again offering three sizes of bricks at three different prices. Dedicate a brick to a loved one or a furry friend, and let's continue to love our trail brick by brick.

Trees Are In!

Mexican Sycamore trees have been planted along the Trail at the Boardwalk Trailhead and we can't wait to see the much-needed shade that these trees will provide in the summer.

Coming very soon - stretching and exercise equipment in the adjacent plaza.
Come Out And Run!

A big thank you to Austin Front Runners for their generosity and spreading the TTF story!

Each holiday season they gather donations and their gifts are matched by two of their own member who happen to be TTF Board Members. Since 2013, the Front Runners have donated over $10,000.
Oatmeal for the Trail?

Remember when Whole Foods Market offered $0.25 oatmeal and coffee in order to spread the love to their customers? Not only did you all feel the love but the Trail now feels the love too.

All of that oatmeal and coffee added up to a $10,000 donation!
And the winner is....

TTF decided to ring in the new year with a some healthy competition.

Congratulations to Erin Gaul Stangland for winning the contest with her inspiring transformation story. "Just over a year ago, I made the decision to live a healthier life. I kicked it off with a bike ride on the trail with my older son. I remember feeling so proud of us for getting out and exercising together. Since then, I have lost 45 lbs."

Erin has set the goal of running a 10k saying, "I know I can do this! I am so grateful that I have the Trail to help me achieve this goal - with plenty of bathrooms along the way."

Thank you, Erin, and thank you to all who shared their stories!
