Greetings!

As we continue to celebrate the holiday season and our 30th anniversary I'm especially mindful of the three decades of support that the Lincoln Park Community Shelter has received and how this support has allowed us to successfully transition our Guests back into housing. We are grateful to the many individuals and groups that make Lincoln Park Community Shelter what it is today: our generous donors; the LPCS Board of Directors, the LPCS Associate Board; the organizations and partners that we collaborate with; each and every individual and group that volunteers with us, and, of course, our Guests and Graduates.

With gratitude,
Dan Hula, Executive Director
Lincoln Park Community Shelter

The Lincoln Park Community Shelter is so thankful for the volunteers that made our Thanksgiving week so special for the Guests of LPCS! Whether it was preparing a hot breakfast, a delicious dinner, or serving as an overnight volunteer, we are so appreciative of our volunteers this Thanksgiving and all year long. Here are a few snapshots of our awesome Thanksgiving groups!
We would like to thank everyone who came out to the Ravenswood Event Center on November 6th for this year's Taste of Fall! With your support we raised over $64,000 to continue LPCS's mission of bringing communities together to empower homeless men and women to make and sustain life changes!

Check out the Taste of Fall photo gallery by clicking here. 100% of the proceeds made from purchases come right back to LPCS! Special thanks to Eva Ho Photography for the great pictures!

Our November Volunteers of the Month are the amazing and dedicated volunteers who made up our Taste of Fall Committee! For five months, this group met and worked tirelessly to help plan our most successful Taste of Fall in LPCS history. We couldn't be prouder of this group of volunteers and hope you join us in celebrating all of their hard work!
