Bilia Volvo –
South Yarra
Neo Construct were delighted to be awarded the Bilia Volvo project and again the opportunity to work the Stillwell Group.
The fit out of the shell over three levels has truly transformed the southern corner of this site, the ground floor comprises the display area combining sales and administration offices with a living room and café off the retail area. The lower ground level houses the service department and service reception and pre-delivery area as well as a range of staff amenities and ample parking.
This project cements Neo Construct as an experienced builder delivering services to the motor vehicle retail and service industry.
This project was especially rewarding as it allowed the Neo team another opportunity to work closely with ERA Architects to deliver this project to Stillwell Motor Group.

Suzuki Brighton
After successfully completing the Honda dealership [Neo News May 2014] we were invited back to construct the Suzuki Dealership nestled between the Honda & Renault site on the Nepean Highway Brighton.
Similar to the Honda dealership, the structure incorporates Alucabond cladding and polished concrete floors. The Architect, Robert Schulberg’s design provides significant street presence with a very high ceiling and front façade.
The quality of the architectural design and construction supports the portfolio of assets within this automotive group and the quality of brand and product on offer.

A big thank you to all the staff and associates of Neo Construct for another very busy year.
Gary and Jo would like to recognise and congratulate Ian Stevenson and Russell Corban on their upcoming 20 year anniversaries and working association with Gary. Next year will also see the 20th anniversaries of another 3 Neo Construct staff, a terrific achievement for the individuals and the company as a whole. This staff dedication has allowed Neo Construct to offer exceptional service, quality and continuity to our clients.
