Welcome to Yoga Coasters first Instagram challenge!
Starting December 1st, Yoga Coasters, our hosts and I will post photos of the best ways to use this handy little yoga prop!
This challenge is intended to be for people with or without Yoga Coasters and to be as accessible as possible for all levels; however, once you're in the pose, you'll see how Yoga Coasters would be super beneficial to your yoga practice!

We are excited to demonstrate all the ways Yoga Coasters can be used.
Rules:
1️. Tag #10Days10Ways in every post for the challenge.
2️. Follow hosts: @YoginiAndreaJensen, @NicholChase, @Markandthetiger and @Erin_Haynes_Yoga
3️. Follow sponsors: @YogaCoasters, @Onzie, @JuiceServedHere, @MaitriYogaStore and @BuddhiBox 
4️. Tag all the sponsors and hosts in each post description to be eligible for prizes.
5️. For the first 10 days of December, Yoga Coasters and our hosts will post the pose of the day along with simple instructions on how to do the pose and how the Yoga Coasters feel in the pose. Please take a photo of yourself in the daily pose and post it to your instagram feed.
6️. There will be a total of 10 poses. You may join the contest at anytime and post photos at any time throughout the challenge, but all entries must be posted by December 11th to be eligible to win prizes.
7️. All 10 poses must be posted to be eligible for prizes.
