It's December which means it's time for our annual Christmas parties! This year we have two parties planned for our clients in both Brighton and Hove.

On the 9th December, our first Christmas party takes place at Werks Central. This is for all of our clients based within Brighton.

On the 18th December, it's time for our second Christmas party over at The Werks. This is for our clients in Hove.

The Choir of Holly Bushes!
The latest audio visual installation from our Werks Central clients, Ithaca Audio and Ithaca Visual, is a group of eleven large holly trees that perform as a choir in harmony and light up individually at Kew Winter Trail. The Choir of Holly Bushes can be heard and seen at Christmas at Kew from 25th November 2015 - 2nd January 2016. Find out more or book tickets here.

To baby and beyond running First Aid for Dogs through their sister company!
First Aid for Dogs, (website found here) are the sister company of our West Werks client, To baby and beyond. As a dog lover, owner or dog professional, learn basic life saving and first aid techniques, such as CPR, choking and poisoning in this 3 hour dog aid course. Christmas would not be complete without plenty of carol singing, and where better to celebrate than the Royal Pavilion Music Room? Sing along with two fantastic choirs and enjoy festivities such as mulled cider and mince pies during the interval.

Two spectacular party nights at the AMEX stadium with live entertainment, fine food and lots of dancing! Guests will enjoy an arrival drink before indulging in a delicious three course meal. After dinner, the dance floor awaits for guests to bust their moves!

Brighton Santa Dash is a charity run full of people dressed as santa! The Santa Dash is always great fun and amusing to see. For the children, they hold a kids 400m race before the main event at 10:20am. It’s free to watch so just turn up to see what the fuss is about.

The Royal Pavilion Ice Rink returns to Brighton. With a rink side bar and restaurant and set in front of the beautiful Royal Pavilion, this is a real hidden gem. Suitable for both children and adults this is a great way to get into the christmas spirit.

After another solid month in November, Brighton still regain top spot of the Championship. With a 0-0 draw away to Sheffield Wednesday to start the month of, they then went on to beat MK Dons 2-1 at the AMEX stadium. Brighton then got a solid 1-1 draw away to Burnley before their home fixture against Birmingham finished in a 2-1 win. Can they continue their form and be top at Christmas?

Shoreham disaster: 'Fitting, lasting tribute' to be created
A permanent memorial is to be created as a "fitting, lasting tribute" to the 11 men who were killed in the Shoreham air disaster in August. Adur District Council said it was looking into the possibility of a memorial walk along the River Adur. People are being invited to submit their thoughts and suggestions to the shorehamremembers.org website. A shortlist of ideas will be created in January, followed by a public consultation in March. |

December is a massive month for football fans. On the 12th, fans from across the round will be watching to find out who their country draws in their group for the euros in 2016. A huge day for England!

December will also be a great month in the Barclays Premier League. On the 21st there is a huge game where Manchester City travel to Arsenal. Also there is loads of boxing day football coming up.
