Online science lectures; professional registration and links round-up

The Science Council are looking for scientists and technicians to champion the benefits of professional registration in RSciTech, RSci, CSci. Professional registration provides individuals with benchmarks of competence, knowledge, career advancement and quality.

The IBMS offers RSciTech to Associate members; RSci to members with level 5 qualification or equivalent; and CSci for members with higher scientific knowledge and experience (usually MSc and four years’ experience).

We are publishing for members a small selection of the scientific and professional talks that took place at IBMS Congress 2015. So far we have talks on training lab approval, cancer therapy, CPD, research, genomics and ISO 15189 with more to follow. We hope these talks will provide useful professional information for members who could not make Congress.

Best wishes,
Nick Kirk, IBMS President
