As well as our regular monthly market next Saturday, we're hosting a night market extravaganza on Thursday 17th December with live music, maker stalls, kids activities, not to mention the usual delicious food and a bar at the ready to toast the season. And if you're still stuck for a Christmas gift, don't forget our gift vouchers are available for any value towards our courses or workshop access.

with Kids Activities from Creative Biscuit

The workshop itself will be hosting a one-off material sale, selling a range of high quality leather for shockingly affordable prices. So if you're a designer looking to snap up a bargain, then this is the stall for you. All funds raised will go towards buying specialist leather tooling for the workshop.

Creative Biscuit - the new venture from regular traders Crumbs & Chica Press will be showing you how to paint and customise pottery for Christmas gifts. Illustrator Jenny Robins will be returning to capture true essence in her fantastic portraits, so forget this year's photobook, and commission a portrait instead. Food wise, Mr Pigstuff will be back, with their famous black pudding burgers - but maybe you fancy a Fork haggis sausage instead? What an offally difficult decision... Students from Leyton Sixth Form College will be showcasing their latest jewellery collections made with the support of the Saadiqah Raman Design Studio, which last year went down a storm. Also on a jewellery tip, we'll  be welcoming market newcomer Evonne Morgan who will be presenting her unique glass jewellery.

We have live music from the awesome State of Play as well as Music Takes Me Up spinning the decks. To go with it, our bar will be open all evening serving rum & ginger, mulled cider, wine and beers from our knockout Left Bank Brewery. Got kids? Bring them down for a suitably festive themed activity of cookie cutter making - and not just the biscuit, but the metal cutter too!

The workshop and cafe will be closing from Wednesday 23^rd December and be reopening its doors on Monday 4^th January 2016. Give the elves a well deserved break.
