Let's thank God for all He has done for us

Thank you so much!

God has been so faithful to us as a church. He has shown us over and over again that He knows how to take care of everyone. Thank you all so much for coming out to show your love, your support and your encouragement to Mike & Char. It was a day to honor them for their service to God and to our church family over the years.
In Paul's letter to the church in Thessalonica, he encourages the people there to "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you who belong to Christ Jesus." (1 Thessalonians 5:18) As many of us gather with friends and family over the next few days to celebrate Thanksgiving, let's reflect on the past year and thank God for what He has done for us. Our circumstances may never be all that we desire them to be, and in fact we may find ourselves in some painful situations. Paul here encourages us to find gratitude no matter what our circumstances are.
So over the next few days, take some time alone to pause and consider how God has shown you His love, protection and provision. Find a way to share your gratitude with those around you as well! Let them know what God has done for you.
See you Sunday.

Ryan

Foundation Fund
Saving for our Future,
Investing in the Kingdom

Every year our church dedicates a special offering for needed expenses as they arise. As we give to the Foundation Fund this year, we will be looking to God for how we can use the funds not only for operating expenses, but to support outreach and service to our community.
Let's Party!
Saturday, December 12th

Our annual Christmas Party will be December 12, from 7-9 pm at City Seminary of New York this year. Sign up on Sunday mornings for food to bring to share. Bring a friend and come and celebrate with your church family.
Contact Char Turrigiano for more information.
Christmas Caroling
We will travel to Manhattan on Christmas Eve for an afternoon of caroling at the DeWitt Nursing Home. It's a great opportunity to share the joy of Christmas with others. Bring your instruments, your friends, and your Christmas spirit!
On Sunday, December 13th, we will be making Christmas wreath door decorations to give out to the residents at the nursing home while we are caroling. Bring your creative skills and help us make the gifts.
