Marios Argiros weekend

Marios Argiros is at Yogawest in just over a week's time, December 12th and 13th, to teach a whole weekend of yoga for us. There are a few places left and if you haven't been to Marios before, we can't recommend him enough: his warm and knowledgeable delivery comes from many years of experience, backed up by his Senior level 3 certificate. If you can only do one day, do the Saturday as the weekend will progress in difficulty. READ MORE

The wall reveals itself…

New ropes

Following October's newsletter which featured a half-built wall, we can now proudly boast that we not only have a new rope wall, we have TWO new rope walls in Studio 1 and more new ropes in Studio 2! Studio 1 now has a grand total of 14 (and a half!) sets of ropes which means that there'll be much more opportunity to use them in class. Look out for upcoming rope workshops in 2016 too.

Christmas Timetable

Classes are running every day throughout the holiday period except on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
The reduced timetable begins on Monday December 21st and runs until January 1st, with the full Yogawest timetable resuming on Saturday January 2nd 2016… READ MORE 

Congratulations to

Lizzie & Edgar

Many congratulations to two Yogawest teachers for truly outstanding exam successes in November 2015.
Both Lizzie and Edgar took Senior Iyengar yoga exams in November. Lizzie passed her Senior Level One which is an amazing achievement, and Edgar (along with his wife Lydia who many of you know) passed Senior Level Three which puts them on a par with the top level teachers in the country.…  READ MORE
