4 principles that will accelerate the development of your leadership succession

Organizations have a pressing need to develop leaders. In my practice, I am often retained to support organizations in implementing accelerated methods for developing leadership in managers. Today we must work better and faster. Here are four essential principles that will speed up development of your leaders.
Principle 1: Don't manage shortcomings, maximize talent.

It has already been several years since I started stressing the need to identify talents and make the most of leaders' potential. Principle 2: For fast development, target behaviours.
Principle 3: Orient existing leaders based on their talents.
Principle 4: Organizations and leaders must work together.
