THA 6th webinar “Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Universities: a macro and micro prospective”
On 25th November we delivered the 6th event of the THA webinar series on “ Evaluation of entrepreneurial Universities: a macro and micro prospective”, with the contribution of Dr Andrea-Rosalinde Hofer ( OECD Centre for Entrepreneurship) and Prof. Klaus Sailer ( Munich University of Applied Sciences and CEO of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship), who discussed different experiences and cases of Entrepreneurship education assessment, institutional context factors affecting the quality and impact of entrepreneurship education and the key insights and lessons learned from the survey carried out by the OECD LEED Programme. TH Talk “Industrial Engagement vs Industrial commercialization”
Lucas Coelho, Director of Nexta Inovacao, interviewed Hester Tak , Partner with Gunn & Twynmore, and convener of the TRG Knowledge and Technology transfer on how we can improve the efficiency of knowledge and technology transfer between academia and industry. Difference between industrial engagement and industrial commercialisation are discussed as well as the trends that can be seen in different academic research areas. Read more

In the period of December 14-25 th the Economic Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University, the Triple Helix Russian Chapter host, is organizing the conference “A Week of Innovations”. It will be the official opening of the TH Russian Chapter . Read more
Green Growth Initiatives at the Bottrop-Thessaloniki workshop in Berlin
Prof Ketikidis, President of the TH Greek Chapter, delivered a presentation on Green Growth Initiatives at the Bottrop-Thessaloniki workshop in Berlin during 11-12 November 2015. The event came under the framework of “Growth Initiative: municipalities for a strong Europe” through which the two regions (from Germany and Greece accordingly) try to identify common growth opportunities. Prof Ketikidis’ presentation consisted of green growth initiatives under the framework of successful triple helix interactions (university, government, industry) as well as case studies of how SEERC is involved in such processes.
