Greetings, RIT Young Professionals!

Welcome to the final newsletter of 2015! We hope you've had a fun and productive year. We had a good turnout at our holiday happy hour and Paint Nite last week at Joe's Crab Shack.

We wish you a safe and happy holiday, and look forward to coming back from winter break with some exciting plans for the new year.

RIT Men’s Hockey Game & Tailgating Social Party

hockeyFriday, January 8, 5:30pm – 7:00 Tailgating Party in the MOSAIC Center (SAU Room 2510), 7:05 Hockey Game at the Polisseni Center

Let’s go Tigers!!! Please join RIT Young Professionals and Division of Diversity & Inclusion for a Hockey Game social. Let’s meet up in the MOSAIC Center for a tailgate party to socialize/network with our colleagues and to get pumped about the Hockey game. Food and soft drinks will be provided during the tailgate party. After the tailgate we can complete the night with cheering for our men’s hockey team against Canisius at the Polisseni center. Hockey game tickets are $9. This cost includes your game ticket and food. Space is limited. Please RSVP & pay by December 23 to reserve your spot. To RSVP and questions please contact Nilay Sapio.

Save the Date! 2nd Young Professionals in Higher Education Conference

Friday, March 25, 9AM to 4PM, Louise Slaughter Building (CIMS), RIT

save the dateOur Young Professionals in Higher Ed Conference is back for a second year. The 2016 conference will be a day-long event, and will include lunch, as well as a networking session to connect with peers. This year's theme will be "Moving Forward" and will include panels and workshops focused on career paths in higher education. More information will be available after winter break.
