Hi <<First Name>>, Happy Wednesday!
As the holiday season has been officially kicked off, I'm finding myself feeling a build-up of anxious energy and overwhelm.
Lots of little things are piling up, breaking, needing my attention, at home and at work; reservations need to be made and gifts need to be bought. It all just seems like too much right now!
As a result, I'm having a challenging time staying grounded and present with myself and with others and my critical voices are at an all time high.
The reason I'm sharing this with you, <<First Name>>, is a selfish one.
Believe it or not, expressing myself out loud, in writing, or in this case, both, is cathartic and healing to me. As I'm writing this, I actually feel all of those qualities, that I mentioned above, which have been alluding me.
Right now, in this moment, I feel grounded and present and I'm experiencing a sense of calm and peace as well. That's right, my inner critic is quiet. Ahhh, relief! :-)
So my intention, throughout this holiday season, is to express myself as often as needed, in whatever way that serves me best at the time.
And I encourage you to do the same <<First Name>>. Just know that I'm here for you if you want or need a supportive ear.
