As 2015 draws to a close, we wanted to share what's been keeping us busy over the last few months. We've run some fantastic events, gained interesting insight and continued to work with some outstanding companies in the European tech scene.

We hope you enjoy the festive season, and look forward to 2016.
Digital Masters European Dinners
In November, we returned to Berlin and Stockholm to bring together over 140 CEOs, NEDs and investors from the regions’ most exciting and influential digital companies.

Once again a great mix of people from high-growth start-ups, VC firms and more established corporates provided a great evening of interesting conversations.

Meet the Masters Interviews

We caught up with three of the 2015 Digital Masters Awards winners.

Stephen Morana, Zoopla Property Group, tells us lessons gained from overseeing two IPOs; Roelant Prins, Adyen, explains that internationalisation has played a huge part of their growth strategy and Cait O'Riordan, Shazam, talks about building world class product teams

Fundraiser Drinks Party
Team Refuge is an amazing charity which saves the lives of young and extremely vulnerable refugees.

To show our continued support for their incredible work, we brought together over 100 senior executives and investors for a fundraising raffle at our events space, The Upper Deck; we raised nearly £30,000, all of which will go directly to cover life-saving medical referrals for refugees.

Connecting Berlin's top CTOs
Whilst in Berlin, we hosted a Digital Masters roundtable for 25 of the city’s leading CTOs and VPs from a mix of larger companies including Rocket Internet and Zalando, as well as start-ups such as Onefootball and Applift.

Talent, both attracting and retaining high-calibre people, was the stand-out issue. The role of the CTO as part of the broader management team was also discussed, with the general consensus that technology leaders are increasingly adding value outside of the technology function.
