12 Days of Xmas Raffle Entry Form
If you are new to our Raffles fill out the fields below, check the Contest Entry boxes and then click the "Subscribe to List" button(s) at the bottom to register for our 12 Days of Xmas Raffle.
If you already signed up for one of our previous Raffles, then you need to edit your profile in order to pick the 12 Days of Xmas Raffle option. Just enter your email address and name, then click the "Subscribe to List" button at the bottom. You will get an error that your email address is already subscribed, so click the link supplied to receive an email with another link to edit your existing profile. It's a bit of extra work, but we use this system to protect your email addresses from SPAM so felt it was worth the effort.
You must also choose whether you want to be included in the Grand Prize Draw for a Furnace Cleaning. Since it's possible you either don't have a furnace or already have someone looking after it, we didn't want this prize to go to waste. If you chose not to be included in the final grand prize draw, you will still be eligible to win any of our other prizes.
We will be using these entries to draw random names during the 12 days that the Raffle is running and will contact the winners by email initially. We also need your phone number in the event you do win a prize and we can't get hold of you by email, plus your mailing address if it's something we can send to you by snail mail (ie. gift cards and gift certificates).
**Note: entering your address and telephone information is entirely optional, it is not required in order to participate in this free Raffle.
