Dear Ross Juniors FC Supporter

You might have seen on Facebook that we are running a fantastic competition at the moment. Please see article below if you would like to enter.

It is the time of the year with flooding or frosts when games and training get called off. We will endeavour to communicate with all but with so many members it's difficult so please join our Facebook or Twitter groups as this is the quickest and easiest way to keep in touch.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you an enjoyable festive break and only the best in 2016.

COMPETITION TIME

Would you like your child to be immortalised in our club's history? As part of the continual refurbishment of the Sports Centre we would like to add some images to the changing rooms and other areas. As can be seen above, Greg Brina has previously done some amazing prints for us of some of our players, taking a normal photo and converting it into an iconic football image.

All we need is a good photo of your child in full Ross Juniors kit from a game, training session or even a staged photo in the back garden. Entries to be with us by 15^th January 2016. Club President Martin Hudson will select his 3 favourites to go on the wall. Every winner will also receive a club hoodie and will be invited to a small unveiling when the images are on the wall.

Under 9 Junior boys are delighted to announce that Suttons (Ross) Ltd are sponsoring training tops for the team. For as little as £200 you can also get your company on the back of top, thus benefitting your child's team with warm hoodies in the winter months.

Last Sunday in November saw 20 club members benefit from free tickets from Nike. They watched England Ladies beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 1-0 at Ashton Gate.

Annual Premier League Trip

We are hoping to run our annual trip to see Aston Villa play Liverpool at Villa Park on Saturday 13th February 2016. More details including times and prices will follow when confirmed so watch this space!

Our newly formed Ladies Team are due to play their first games in January. A big thanks to the Berry Family for sponsoring the kit, club will be delighted to have Berry Game Birds on the front of the jersey. Also a big thanks to HFA for their support with new equipment such as balls and cones.
