Greetings to all and I hope you are well as the fall semester draws to a close! The steering and staff at MMUN have been working hard to get ready for conference and we have some updates and information we'd like to share with you. Conference Updates:
As a reminder, the General Assembly committees being represented this year are GA 1, 2, 3, and 4. This is listed incorrectly as GA 6 on the Eventbrite registration page. We apologize for any confusion this has caused. Please ensure that your delegates know that they will be representing their delegation in GA 4!
If you have registered for a Security Council seat, as part of a delegation or as the SC-only delegation, please send a delegate to fill that spot. These are highly sought-after spots and we want to make sure that students are getting the opportunity to fully participate, as missing delegates makes the conference flow difficult in a small committee.
As a reminder, the maximum number of delegates is 2 in the GA committees and ECOSOC and 1 delegate in the Security Councils, the Indigenous Forum, and CND.
Hotel Updates:
An online hotel room reservation link is now available! This will allow you to reserve rooms online at our group rate. The deadline for registration is midnight of January 9, 2016 (the night between January 8 and January 9). Please register prior to this time, as the hotel unfortunately can no longer guarantee the group rate after the deadline. The link has been posted on our website on the home page and under the "Faculty Advisor" link under "Conference Info." It can also be accessed here.
Any questions regarding reservations or the hotel can be directed to Adrienne Meuse, the USGA.

Looking to add a delegation? See what is still available and pick your top choice on our Eventbrite registration page! Access to the registration page can be found under "Registration" and current registration fee information is available under "Registration Fees" on our website. Any questions can be referred to the MMUN 56 USGA, Adrienne Meuse.
Want to set up direct billing to your school? Contact the Treasurer of the Board, Kimberly Clapp to complete the appropriate direct deposit forms.
