In order to help our members transition smoothly to Blue Option, BlueChoice HealthPlan is mailing a letter to many new members.
The letter discusses how members can:
- Pay their bills
- Register for My Health Toolkit®
- Verify that their current health care providers are in our network
- Find an in-network hospital or provider
- Know which prescription drugs we cover
We will send the letter this week and wanted to make you aware in case you receive any questions.
