Cape Consumers is getting an internal facelift and the centre of town is going to see some of its most fabulous offices yet; rooftop terraces, sexy lines and fabulous blank canvases for sophisticated businesses. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW NAME TO MATCH ITS NEW LOOK AND WOULD LOVE YOUR INPUT. Please send your ideas to commercial@daleglen.co.za. These should be letting in the first few months of the year.
State of the art industrial space in Maitland will be brought on-streamaround the middle of next year. Adjoining this will be older office and industrial spaces, also to let and we look forward to a mix of industrial chic and edgy, old school Maitland space in a revitalisation of this fantastic suburb.
Finally we have two new Woodstock buildings coming alive, one in the first quarter and the next towards the end of 2016. Keep your eyes peeled for fresh new spaces and get your potential tenants excited.
